Super friendly staff, everything cleaned and replaced daily. Loved the heated pool and the fact that every room had its own heat pump (considering the temperature outside). Would love to stay again :)

Good sized room for my family & very warm! Heaps of space + close to town. Love the outdoor area too. Would definitely come back next time we are in New Plymouth. Thank you guys :)

Although a little dated the unit would be the cleanest I have seen. Had a full size fridge freezer and stove which you don't see often. The unit met all our needs.
