The staff was amazing, check-in was very easy, the rooms were clean and well stocked and common area/patio area was very well maintained and clean. He was in a good location with Ben walking distance to shops and restaurants. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Our third time staying at the Berlin Grande! It has all the bells and whistles. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice large rooms, beautiful outdoor seating with flowers and beautifully groomed lawns. Seating under shelter and a large clean indoor pool and hot tub! No need to look any further for a place to stay while in the Berlin Ohio area!

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it’s amazing!!! Staff are very friendly. The breakfast is great and well organized. When we come to Amish country this is the place to stay. We won’t stay anywhere else but her. It’s also close to all shopping which we love. Can’t wait to come back!
