We absolutely loved our stay at Virgin Hotels New Orleans! Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The whole hotel has such a cool, vintage vibe that really stands out from other places we’ve stayed. The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. The room was well appointed and we loved the separate dressing room, toilet and shower. The shower was a great size with fabulous water pressure and temperature! The stand out for this trip was the wonderful Latrell on reception. He was so welcoming and helpful - the perfect host for our check in and checked on us during our stay. He completely elevated the experience, especially as we felt let down that housekeeping only sorted our room for half the days we stayed!
