The Property Manager Allen really took care of all of our issues once he was made aware of the situation with his staff that checked us in. We would definitely be going back to this hotel again. It is central located in New Orleans and we were very happy with the accommodations.

The troubadour is becoming our go to place to stay when we sleep in New Orleans. The location is great. Very close to superdome and only a 15-20 min walk to the quarter. We enjoy it very much.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was walking distant to the French Quarter and the Ceasars superdome. I stayed with my mom for my graduation so it was perfect for a first time visitor. The hotel staff were the best part of the stay, They were very friendly and accommodating. My only draw back was that there were stains in the carpet in the room and stains in the bathroom sink. This tells me there needed to be some updates to the rooms. However, it was very clean and that helped to make it comfortable enough to stay. Also alotnof the amenities were unavailable. The rooftop, restaurant and WiFi were unavailable during my time. So this hotel was just a place to sleep during my stay. Overall, it was nice and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodated every ask without hesitation.

Location was great, staff was very friendly, and check in and out process was great! The room was very nice and spacious. My only concern was a very fowl order on the floor we stayed on but luckily it didn’t seep into our room. We were disappointed with the bar and lounge not being open as well as it was one of the main reasons we booked at this hotel. Overall it was a lovely experience.
