Love the location and how easy it is to get to French Quarter sites. The particular room I had (a very comfortable suite) could use a good deep clean - orange stains on the carpets, scale build up on the glass shower doors, as well as a broken bathroom door handle. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. My room my spacious and luxurious, the shower and bedding were delightful, and the room service food was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay even if it was a brief overnight stay. I look forward to coming back!
