You could tell our room was dated and had a musty smell. The elevators were really slow but the property looked pretty clean. The staff was very nice so I gave them five stars. The hotel just needs to be updated but it’s nice for the price.

Pre-cruise stay. Very convenient to cruise port and riverfront shopping mall. Easy walk to entertainment district of NOLA. We did incur an extra charge upon check-in not related to parking, which was unexpected and never explained, but overall the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were quite adequate for our short stay, and even though we overlooked the street, there was no detectable outside noise. Close to cruise parking as well.
