We have stayed here several times. The staff are always very nice and helpful for booking activities and recommendations for eating. The location is great. It’s quiet and The Ruby Slipper is right below and delicious.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel as everything needed is walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked for recommendations. The only odd thing was the smell from the elevators and in the hotel hallways, it had almost a burning/incense smell.

Everything was perfectly amazing. The front desk was so very nice to let us relax and chill in the front lobby and have a few drinks there although this hotel does not have a bar or dining, but they let us take in our own.

Overall it was a good clean stay and good location. The flags are not over the front door anymore (PIc on expedia shows them) and there are not microwaves in the rooms but there is a shared microwave in the lobby. There is an amenities fee for every night you stay and valet parking is $53 a night.
