If you want to stay at a modern place with high end amenities, this is not the place for you. I loved the traditional New Orleans look and feel of this small boutique hotel. The hotel itself was an experience! The staff was helpful and gave good recommendations for restaurants and excursions.

OMG what an adorable place to visit. Every room was such a surprise. We stayed the night for an event in the quarter and were able to walk everywhere. Our room had a unique adorable wood door from original garden shed (I think). We weren’t use to the city noises but we were still able to settle in comfortably. I will be recommending to any of my out of state friends looking to visit.

This is the perfect hotel for people who want an Old Time authentic New Orleans experience. It's not cookie cutter modern. The hotel is quirky, fun and very comfortable.

Great Location and Beautiful Hotel

This was an amazing hotel for our overnight stay. Very close to restaurants and stores. The room was absolutely beautiful and unique adding to the experience. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a unique property that was once a single family residence. The same family still operates the hotel. The rooms are each unique to themselves. We had a jr suite and lived the architectural details around the whole property. Each staff member was helpful and friendly. Great location in the French Quarter to take in all the sites.

The room we stayed in was small and very eclectic. I understand the aesthetic they were aiming for, but they completely missed the mark. The room itself was somewhat unkept, the bathroom vent looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and had built up so much dust it resembled a beard. The lighting in the bathroom was dim, making it hard to see, and the small, low mirror was awkward to use. In the kitchenette area, part of the ceiling appeared to be sagging or coming loose. On a positive note, the complimentary coffee and bottled water were excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were unfriendly and rarely greeted guests coming or going. This hotel is definitely a one-and-done stay, not somewhere I’d return to.
