The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to all places we wanted to visit during our trip to NOLA; so, we didn't have to rent a car. The hotel is inside a shop/museum and its vibes are very upbeat. You can also learn about and purchase all the great tours available in New Orleans. Our room was nice and clean, but the bathroom wasn't spotless.

Room was nice enough, there wasn't much of a view. We were on the 3rd floor and didn't realize there was a banquet room above us. The chairs scraping above us was annoying. Thankfully the parties both Friday and Saturday ended early. Staff at the frontdesk were super sweet and helpful.

There is not one thing I would change about this property. From the first visual of the property you feel comfortable and when entering you are welcomed by a cheerful and helpful front desk manager. Our room was exceptionally clean and charming. The location is perfect only a few blocks from Bourbon Street, Canal, and Saint Charles Ave. The price to stay at this property was reasonable. Definitely would stay again, I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Awesome hotel. Very accommodating. Great location. Walking distance to all of the nice restaurants we went to for brunch and dinner. Can also easily walk to Bourbon. Hotel is really nice and interesting. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

An all round excellent hotel. Safety - safe area, car park is secure with cctv covering it. The building locks at 5pm and a card is required to access it. Location - just fantastic. A short distance from major locations. The hop on hop off ticket office is located in the building and stops right outside so it’s an excellent way to get around the city and see all of the landmarks. Staff - phenomenal and went out of their way to assist. Hotel - quiet and spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed.

The location was excellent. Cross Rampart and you are in the quarter. We liked the museum in the lobby and the cleanliness of the property in general. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
