My room was clean and housekeeping refreshed it daily.The staff was very friendly, from the frontdesk,housekeeper,bartender and security.There was plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, I walk to everything and uber back and forth to the airport, so i can't say anything about parking. This is my second time coming to New Orleans and I will definitely be back to stay here. The First hotel was horrible and dirty.

The staff at this property made my stay so wonderful. Everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming. All the ladies and gentleman at the front desk were exceptional, as well as the gentleman at the breakfast bar and the vallet. I woke up too late and missed the breatfast time the guy at the breakfast bar made sure to give me water, coffee and fixed up a parfait for the road for me :) Solo traveling is daunting at times, but these folks made me feel right at home 🏡 If this is the level of hospitality the property keeps, i would 100% stay there again
