Recently stayed in October 2026. Check-in process was smooth, hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the city. My room was clean. Breakfast was ok typical complimentary breakfast. The only recommendations that I have is that the room should be cleaned more than once every 3 days. They should offer fresh towels empty towels and tidy the room up daily without you having to request it.

From the moment we walked in the door to check in til we checked out everyone was super nice. We stayed one night before our cruise and one day after we returned. The General Manager Tre Edwards was professional, kind and accommodating to our needs. A’Lexus and Jasmine were as accommodating we were looking for some good places to eat in the area. I left my car in valet while I was gone Arthur the valet attendant watched out for it like it was his own car. We all felt safe and we definitely will book here again.
