Apartment was great. We had a couple of issues. Washer and dryer not working so had to contact management site to get clean towels. On site personnel could not assist with this without direction from management but it was taken care of in a timely manner. Got locked out of one bathroom and had to jimmy the lock to access. Breakfast in bar not reliable but that wasn’t promised. Made do. Would definitely stay again but realize it’s a process if there is an issue. Location very good.

We were here for a conference and having a 3 bed 2 bath with small kitchen was great! Close enough to bourbon street if that’s your thing, or you can use taxi/shared ride services to go anywhere else.

This property exceeded my expectations. You are downtown so it does come with some concerning things when you stay in any downtown area, parking was hard to come by and costly, but again to be expected for a busy area. The check-in process was the best part! Everything done in the app, loved this part!! Will be checking out other properties in the future!

Unit was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows comfortable. Bad water pressure out of the sink but good water pressure in the showers. Comes with toiletries and towels to use. Kitchen has everything you need. Area was safe with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. At the one end of bourbon which was only a 5 min walk away.

I loved the spaciousness of our 3 bdrm, 2 bath place with living room and kitchen and plenty of seating. They responded quickly to my request for more hangers (as I hadnt thoigh to bring any,).

I stayed to celebrate birthdays within my family. The location was close to restaurants and attractions. We were 2 blocksaway from Bourbon Street. The living space was clean and spacious.

Through Travelocity, I tried to change my booking date. I was told that the manager of the location would need to change it. Travelocity, as well as myself contacted the apartments, but the manager was never available. Four days before the trip, Travelocity was told that the manager couldn't change the date! Very disappointed with this location! No customer service at all! I will make sure that I tell people to not visit this establishment!!

I enjoyed staying here! This was My first time staying in the French Quarter and had access to so many restaurants and bars. The condo was very spacious, 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It’s a beautiful space and was big enough for my siblings and I to have our own rooms. All of the appliances were up to date and functional. There is easy access to an elevator if you’re unable to go upstairs. Another plus is having a bar downstairs. I highly recommend staying here.
