Did not get the two rooms that I requested. Check in by phone took over 45 minutes, we spoke with four other groups that went through the same process we did. Air conditioner was great, property manager was delightful. Housekeeping was very nice.

We loved the location. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony because of the crazy loud construction going on in front of the building. Had I known, I would have chosen a different room. Other than that inconvenience, it was a wonderful stay!!

3 stars for the place being clean and as showed on the picture, however, to check in into this place was very challenging. Check in was at 4 and it took me an hour past check in time to get into my room. I was provided a dozen of different codes for the entrance door and my room door and non of them worked. Keep in mind the area immediately by the entrance door is NOT safe. Homeless people were lying right there by the door and lots of loitering. They finally sent a person who stated the batteries in the door died so he had to change them. It was at 4:53pm. If you travel as a group and must have an appointment it might be an option but i personally will not stay here again.
Make sure to lock your balcony door at all times. This is how easy someone can hop over

It was definitely a beautiful place and I enjoyed my stay only thing it wasn’t a 2bedroom apartment within one unit but two separate 1 bedroom apartments next door to each but still I will definitely stay again

Not as advertised!! Asked for a two bedroom, got two separate studio apartments. On a family vacation! Bedding had stains. Towels stained. Common areas very clean. Roami did supply laundry detergent. Easy location to come and go from. Surprisingly quiet.

Good location for younger adults who may not care about the noise coming from cars or party buses at all hours of the night. Need to improve the lighting near the entrance to the property.

In a good location however I had multiple issues with my code not working so there were times that I had to wait outside for periods of time until I could get ahold of someone to keep fixing the issue. The thermostat would also not turn on sometimes so the room would get very hot.

The Hotel Was Great But I Only Got The Room So I Could Smoke Without Homeless People Asking Me For A Cigarette.. But Once I Paid For The Room It Pulled Up Smoking Wasn’t Allowed On The Balcony.. I Just Wish That Was In The Description Before Paying The Extra Money For Nothing && Just Opted For A Regular Room On Canal Because I Still Had To Leave My Room To Smoke..

The room was modern and esthetically pleasing. It looked just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable. There were some issues with check in but I was able to get a rep over the phone and get it rectified. It should be disclosed there is no parking other than a few paid parking spots out front of the building.

No Canal St view

I thought I had booked a king with balcony on canal but I was put at the back with a parking lot balcony view. I should have been more specific even though I requested best view and have highest floor available. The bed was too low and small but other then these issues I would stay here again but I would confirm the room I would get.

heating not working and obviously it was freezing outside ... nobody showed up to fix in 2 days .. night time was a mess with kids knocking on doors, loud cars, sirens ...never been in an actual warzone but thats how i imagine it could be

Great location so no need for a car or cabs. Convenient check in via text information. Contacted the information line on our first day because we had no soap in the bathroom....no hand soap or body wash in the shower. Was told they would try and get some to us but it never arrived. The shower dial was very very tight. So tight that my husband thought he might break it off the wall trying to turn the water on, The fridge was broken as it did not keep our food cold no mater what setting we tried. It also made loud ticking sounds. Upon checkout I would have liked to start the dishwasher but there were no dish washer tabs provided. Bed was comfy and TV was huge. Nice deck outside you could enjoy if the weather was nice.

Loved everything except check in . When we arrived it kept saying check in unavailable.we has to ring a number which put you through every place but new Orleans so has to pick one. Very helpful and got it sorted. Very pleasant stay it's just two mins from French quarter so quiet .had all amenities and a overall pleasant stay

Free cleaning after 30 days if you stay more than 45 days sounds just as absurd reading it as it does typing it. Their terms and conditions mention a background check after they beg for ID. The luggage storage code didn't work and it took an hour of calling and texting both Hector and the other number to find out some idiot changed the luggage storage number and didn't update the check in process ??? Hector (property manager) responded later that night even though this all transpired around 2pm! Quiet the first night, loud the second night. There was a pitbull barking in the hallway. Yelling in the hallway. People were sitting on the floor in the halls. They put me in the back with my balcony overlooking a dusty parking lot. The apartments are pretty, decently clean but DUSTY. The beds are COMFY. Medium firmness. Pillows are good but the cases kept slipping off. Free washer and dryer and I like how they offer detergent and bleach. Very stingy with the AC at times! They control the temperature. The temperature randomly fluctuates. Sometimes it’s 67°, sometimes it's as high as 76°. I had it set to 70° at all time. Sometimes I wouldn’t hear the air at all. One night I woke up completely drenched in sweat and looked at the thermostat and it was 76°! I think that they cut off the AC at night. Literally don’t hear a thing when I wake up in the middle of the night. I just tinker with the thermostat cutting the fan on and off until a little bit of air starts to trickle.

loved how walkable everything was. I enjoyed that this wasn’t the typical commercial hotel with a loud busy lobby and lots of children running around. The balconies were nice and spacious but lacked good views (blame the other buildings it is next to)
