At night, i heard sounds of pipes, which may be flushed toilet besides the air conditioners blowing loud. Breakfast was adequate. The staff members were very very helpful.

Cons: Pool dirty with lots of leaves one of the days. They don’t clean your room or give you fresh towels unless they are requested. Little shop was very expencies, I.e. $8 for a bottle of water and $6 for 3 tampons. Pros—free breakfast, staff friendly. Easy check in and out. My family and I stayed here over the summer and it was so nice and especially affordable! The breakfast included is one of the BEST free breakfasts I've ever had!!! The staff were wonderful especially Christian who put together a little gift basket for my husband's birthday and answered all our questions. It was a perfect distance of a walk to all the hot attractions. The pool and surrounding area was relaxing. Best price for a 2 bedroom suite. We would definitely stay here again if we visit again.

The staff was very helpful when we have questions or concerns. The property was adequately maintained and clean for the most part. Breakfast on the first day was less than satisfactory with an egg omelet- that seemed like ti was made with cheese wiz or something similar- and the sausage patties were very rubbery. Subsequent days the breakfast was fine. The location was great as it was only 3 blocks from the convention center for my work. I enjoyed the staff, the grounds / outdoor area / and the pool. Overall a very positive experience.

Have to say I was very impressed with the hotel first time staying here and definitely coming back, room was huge with kitchen and everything you need, breakfast was increíble and the staff let me check in early. It was my first solo vacation and I spend 6 days here. My only constructive criticism I was never offer to have my room clean maybe I had to ask and also the pool needs some maintenance but other than great hotel will definitely come back

The staff was really helpful and kind. The pool was a bit dirty, but the rest of the place was really clean despite what the other travelers were doing each night. The staff was able to maintain and claim all of the gross from the other travelers.

The room, lobby and dinning areas were clean. It was very quiet in the hallway. Staff was helpful and professional. Only issue was parking. The hotel charges $47 for valet parking but parks the cars in a gated 24 hr.lot on the corner. I self parked in the same lot for $22.00. Hmmm!
