Smelt like mold

The rooms smelt like mold and the bathroom was in horrendous condition. The hallways leading to the room was dirty and stained. The only positive was the front desk was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was adequate.

Not worth it

Overall it was a bad experience. No pool, no elevator, luke warm water, then no hot water. The room wasn’t fully finished from the remodel I suppose. The base boards weren’t attached. Looked like black mold on the ceiling. The bathroom door had damage to the bottom of it. The tub doesn’t work. There was a weird stain on the curtain. Definitely go elsewhere

The room we were given seemed to have recent water damage. There was a damp moldy smell on all of the first floor. We requested a move to a different room, and got a better, not great, room. The new room still didn't smell good, but was better than the first. The bathtub was a little rusted, and carpets weren't clean. Overall, not a great experience.

We went for the Eras Tour in New Orleans. The front desk staff were super nice, but unfortunately the facilities were pretty unkept. The bathrooms seemed unfinished with the tub peeling on the base, and the toilet barely flushed. We found a toenail in our room. No elevator. Just pretty run down.

The website pictures are very misleading. The hotel needs a serious make over. Since the name Wyndham was attached i figured it wouldn't be bad. At the hotel you see a sign that leads you to believe Wyndham is by name only. If it wasn't for a family situation and payment in advance. I would have high tailed it out of there and never looked back.

It was an average hotel - nothing better, nothing worse. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I was pretty tired from driving all day when I got there and they were really helpful, including moving me to a ground floor room (so I wouldn't have to climb stairs) without being asked. The only thing that needs to be substantially improved is their wifi service. It was unavailable (too many users) during high use times (evening) and even when I was able to get on it kept going off.

they advertise as having a breakfast buffet. They have no breakfast buffet they we ate biscuits and gravy three days in a row rockhard biscuits cold gravy no other options then on the last day, we got cereal but no milk no other breakfast options list that had laundry facilities. There are no laundry facilities, stayed here for a week for work and we will never stay here again very rundown very unprofessional very misleading but hotels.com is too hard to get your money back from you pay for something

Terrible accomodation.

The staff was very nice. This is a very old hotel needing upgrades on flooring . The carpet in the room was very old and smelled like mildew and mold. The mattresses need to be replaced very uncomfortable. the hardware in the bathroom is very old. Will not return to this hotel.

First of all I would not recommend no one bec the stay was horrible they put me wayyy to the back and I was alone no elevators the free breakfast they had was cold, false advertising, now the front desk clerk did help me out by changing my room but they stated free WiFi is FREE NOT! it don’t work at all could not do nothing on my lap top, they need to shut it down!

The only reason I am leaving this review is that I was overcharged for my stay at the Ramada Luling. I appears to be run down and in need of updating; for that reason, all of the guests, including myself, should have been given a fair price to stay here. I am traveling across the country and would have enjoyed my stay much more, but because I was so tired, I chose not to complain or ask for an upgrade.

The carpet was water stained. The desk chair was moldy. The pool was green wirh algae and not usable Talked with other guests and their carpet was water logged. The hotel needs serious upgrades.
