What can I say about this place? The price was right I guess. I never saw a single staffer during my stay, which is fine, just odd. The elevator stinks, the furniture and appointments are dated. If I’d been there for anything other than a work trip I’d be disappointed, but I was basically only in the room when I was sleeping. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was fine.

We loved this property. Spacious, full kitchen, very clean, staff was extremely friendly, location was excellent. East walk to convention center and Decatur St. Will definitely stay here again!!

This property is SO outdated, DIRTY, and smelled TERRIBLE! There were roaches in the room and no one at the desk to even call to tell or anything. I left on the second day and booked elsewhere because I couldn’t stand the disgusting feeling and SMELL another night. Literally the only pro is being walking distance to my conference at the convention center. The self check in wasn’t terrible but I literally didn’t see A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER until I left. She just took my keys and told me have a good day, there was no formal checkout or asking me how the stay was. 1/10 (ONLY because of the walking distance location)

It’s great unless your a woman traveling by herself! I did feel a little on edge while there, but that is just my over cautious self, with my husband I felt safe, the staff were so kind, it’s was around a lot of great things that were only a 20 minute walk. Parking wa a confusing but we figured it out

Not a resort, unlike what they claim in their name. Very limited in service and quite spartan. No daily toiletries , e.g., soaps, shampoos, etc.. no room cleaning during or entire 4 day stay. No trash pick up, in fact the desk says guests are to bring their trash to the rear of the hotel!! Front desk is only staffed up to 5pm each day. However the desk clerks were helpful. The shower had no cold water, only scalding hot!! would not recommend this hotel. There are much better nearby.

The space was clean and worked well for our family. We could walk to most of the attractions we came to visit. Although there is no on-site parking, there are many affordable options nearby.

Mardi Gras trip 2025

Was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Staff was extra friendly and gave ootions to eat and party. We were there for MardiGras. She told us all the good soits to get. Will stay again.

It was incredible! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , full kitchen and living room for the same price as a small hotel room! Quiet and conveniently located. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay there again.
