Room was clean and today. Staff was super accommodating as we arrived very early prior to check in. They did allow for us to check in for a fee, but we were super tired and well worth the $60 fee. They also allowed for us to do a late check out as well. Only downside for me was lack of a gym on site.

Location is the best. A quiet street just off the main drag and an amazing breakfast place adjacent to property. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Great location and cool design. Getting in touch with staff prior to visit was a bit difficult. I was in room 213 and it was very loud throughout the night. Loved this hotel!! Great boutique feel at a reasonable rate. The only negative was the smell in the room, which is typical of older hotels in New Orleans. Fortunately, I always carry air fresheners, so it wasn’t a problem. You can’t beat the location! The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.
