The staff was absolutely terrific. The room (king) was huge and very clean, and relatively quiet -- the hotel was very close to just about everything and because we stayed away from Bourbon Street it was pretty quiet too.

This is such a hidden gem! I am local so we only stayed one night, but everything was wonderful! The staff was so helpful, and they went out of their way to accommodate a special request. Breakfast was pretty good too! Beautiful hotel. Can't wait to go back!

This is a fantastic hotel in the French Quarter district, which is within walking distance of the many historical beauties New Orleans has to offer. I loved the included morning breakfast, the lounge area and bar is fantastic, and the hotel is well maintained and operated. 10/10, would stay again.

Hotel is very well kept, breakfast was good but there is no meat selection. Bar and staff were great just wished that there was more food items in the menu. The hotel is pet friendly which I don’t mind but I wish they would have put me in a floor were I was not hearing a dog bark all night.

I had a really good experience here, despite reading the other reviews and being prepared to understand their criticisms. I really liked the location and my room was a simple king overlooking the parking lot. It was super accessible to many other sites the other hotels are further away from, including the river. Yes- you could hear the paddlewheel boat and its ridiculous music, but that actually did not last too long. Later in the evening you could hear the train, but to me, it was more soothing. The pool was nice- nothing too simple, nothing too exciting. The breakfast was the same- enough, nothing fancy. I really liked the shared salon areas and seating, where seats were plentiful and everything was kept really clean by the staff. I found the staff interesting. They seemed neutral- not going out of their way, but also not being intrusive. I went down to ask several questions about amenities (the gym is in the mall next door) and a few other things, and they were perfectly pleasant.
