It was an excellent stay. We loved the old school feel and our balcony view was amazing. You can hear everything if your a light sleeper. Just blocks away from Bourbon St. Great value and stay!

Location on Rampart is great for the French Quarter as well as easy access to Frenchman Street. Just a short walk to Bourbon Street and all of the locations throughout the French Quarter that you are looking for. Friendly and inviting staff with beautiful artistry and architecture. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is an old, historic, character - filled building. It is not a chain hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. They cleaned with fresh towels daily. It is 3 blocks from Bourbon St. With a walk through quiet residential neighborhood. Charming!

Relatively inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area! Parking area is gated! Location is close enough to walk to the French Quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet! We love staying here overnight for a quick getaway!
