Excellent central location. Very walkable to conv ctr, anc close to come excellent restaurants. Gym is exceptional. Many rooms are studio condos, which is a real plus for prep of meals and laundry

This was a very cool boutique apartment hotel which for our four day stay was perfect. It had a full kitchen and a balcony. The surrounding area was gorgeous. Lots of art galleries and fantastic restaurants we would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel in the Warehouse District. Our studio was perfectly appointed with modern furniture and a full kitchen. The common spaces, restaurant and bar areas are incredible. Also, the best restaurants in New Orleans are just around the corner. Will stay there again without any doubt.

I loved staying in the arts district. The property had a lot of positives. The negative was communication . Finding the parking lot was confusing . Having to go out every day & reset parking was annoying. Not understanding where to check in .. how to get to the bar., and the tv ?? Simple things that could have easily been addressed on check in..
