This is a solid 3-star hotel in a fantastic spot in the French Quarter, close to Frenchmen Street and the French Market. They have updated bathrooms, strong A/C, and cool, funky period furniture.

Kind of on the edge of the French Quarter makes for a peaceful stay. Pool area is lovely and the bar is a cozy & classy place to sit. Balcony rooms are worth the small upcharge!

I liked the authentic feel of this property. But the pool is run down. The staff does not remove the cushions before rain. The outdoor wall sconces are in disrepair. They only serve coffee in the morning.
