The door was loose and did not feel secure. The room smelled like stale smoke. The security card readers were outdated and the reader for side access was broken and the door was unlocked, anyone could get in.

The property was older and room smelled a little moldy but was visibly clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful. The property was average but served it’s purpose for a 2- night stay.

Ann at front desk was great.. moved rooms to get all close together.. very friendly and efficient.. night auditor Kim was also wonderful.. helped with restaurant choices in New Orleans and some extras we needed...lady at breakfast Sunday want way above normal to be sure that everything was hot and stocked...property was good, but the staff made it great... A decent spot

This La Quinta seemed to be a convenient and safe place to lay our heads and meet up with family on a longer trip. The property is worn with some obvious maintenance needs but the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of parking.

The window air condition quit working in the middle of the night and when it cut off it also cut off the TV. Three consecutive days, third shift staff stated they going to move me. 1st shift staff stated all rooms sold out. I was told by 1st staff also told me to unplug and plug A/C stop cooling. Maintenance finally came to my room Monday morning at check out, and place work ticket to remove A/C and check the breakers. Management never made any suggestions to make up for the poor service and even poorer lodge stay.
