The hotel’s location was very convenient, which made getting around easy. The room temperature was warmer than I prefer and could have been more comfortable. The front desk staff provided service that ranged from average to above average. One downside was that housekeeping did not refresh the room the next day, which would have improved the overall stay.

Great location, all major attractions 5-15 minutes walk, many restaurants around, casino close by, safe area. Nice spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable room with walk in shower. It’s a pretty basic hotel. Pros - staff was nice, free breakfast, they had a room ready for us early when tour flight arrived which was really helpful, kind bartender, quiet but convenient location. Cons - room had several lamps that didn’t work and tv not wifi connected both of which couldn’t be resolved while we were there, no fan in bathroom and not a “real latching door”, very small shampoo/conditioner and bar soap provided which didn’t last long and the bar soap had to go back and forth between shower and sink. Good property that with a few small things could be much better.

As someone a little thin blooded and usually cold, what stood out for me was that the heat was always on in my room. I did not have to touch the controller once. The heat came on and stayed on. There were a few chilly days so it was perfect!!!!
