The staff was nice an helpful. The only down side was only one pillow. It was nice to have a hotel away from the city but close enough to travel in everyday. Alot of restaurant options around the hotel. The one pillow thing got me had to use towels under the pillow but it is what it is. Again the staff was friendly and easy to work with. I'd probably stay here again for the price. It was quiet.

The staff was friendly. We stayed from Fri-Mon. The carpet in the ENTIRE room was soaking wet. SOAKING WET, SQUISHY WET. I went to the front desk and told them and they handed me towels. It was wet all 72 hours. The fridge was not plugged in when we got there. The light switch at the front door turned off the entire outlet where everything was plugged into including the fridge, tv, micro, etc. We were walked in on twice even though we had a dnd tag on the door. TV remote didnt work and after an hour of waiting for one we went back to the fe9nt desk only to be told they forgot. The steps at the pool were covered in algae and my kid fell hard on his back tryng to get
across them. Our room, when we would step on the towel path would squish up yellow filth out of the carpet. It was so nasty and the room smelled like mildew the entire time. The windows were sealed shut so we couldn't open them. I would think with a required $250 deposit the place would be nice but it was far from it. Never again will we stay there on our SEC weekends in NOLA. Highly disappointed.

The hotel itself is run down and dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was disgusting and falling apart. There was even hair on the shower wall, as if it was never cleaned after last guest. I was scared to get in bed but had to since we arrived at 2 am from airport extremely tired. Glad we only got to stay a few hours and checked out in the morning!

Charged $250.00 that was NOT revealed when booking. Also charged to park in their parking lot with the homeless people sleeping nearby. Breakfast was slim to nothing! Still waiting for the return of the $250.00. Where is it???

staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was not very continental though. to be right by the airport, we didn’t hear a single airport while inside the hotel. our kids loved watching the planes out front!
