The property was nice for the cheap price renovation not complete holes in walls patch on walls our tv would not work all weekend that really sucked. The lighting in the room was horrible only 2 lights in the room total. Staff was nice breakfast was very basic but waffles were good.

Our stay was ok, a place to lay our heads. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The smell of cigarettes and pot was strong and annoying. The rooms were clean enough but not well cared for (old screw fixings in the walls, paint spots on the floor, leaking sink, mislabled tub handles. Both knobs had an arrow with a C written with sharpie on the wall to indicate water temperature. The pool was maintained well and the hotel is pet friendly.

This properties location was everything. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely stay again. Heads up, there is a $50 deposit fee which is refunded after checkout if your room is in good condition and if you haven't smoked in the non-smoking room.

Great for the price

The exterior is kind of dated, but stayed in a room overlooking the courtyard. Pool area is actually quite nice. Room was mostly updated, new furniture, new flooring, with the exception of the bathroom. Older tub, older fixtures. But the location is awesome. Half the price of other area hotels, 1/4 the price of staying in French quarter and an easy 40 minute drive into the city.
