Totally enjoyed my stay. The staff and the premises were excellent. I heard a tour guide say that the Hotel St. Pierre is the oldest building in the French Quarter and possesses a unique charm.

I have stayed at that hotel several times in the past. It is very cool because it’s a conglomeration of buildings that have been put together into a quaint hotel. The staff was very useful and helpful. It’s a good location very walkable to anywhere in the French Quarter. I recommend it and I will come back for another day.

The room was very poorly maintained and I had a lot of mosquitoes and it was hot due to the AC being older and the filter uncleaned. The towels and sheets were dirty and it was very tiny. The staff were nice. I would very much not recommend staying here unless you’re okay will all of that and being a close distance walk to bourbon.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel! We stay here each time we come to New Orleans. The charm and history of this place draws you in. You’re close enough to walk to any where you would love to go. The staff have always been wonderful and pleasant!

The lady that works reception at night is extremely rude! But other than the place is VERY charming and everyone was very kind and helpful. They even allowed my family and I to swim past closing as long as we weren’t loud - which was such a treat. It’s in a great location and the vibe is exactly what you want from an old French Quarter hotel!

Place was adequate for 1 night. The shower was too small and the room didn't even have a mini fridge or coffee maker. It was cute. Staff was in the process of changing shifts and chatting before helping us. Once they got to us, they were fine. The outside of the building and the entry/check in area were both nice. The chair and artwork in the room were nice for the them of New Orleans.

There was parking for $60.00 per night … not what the hotel site said . Had to move rooms , nothing available until 4pm the next day :( Second room was good :) First room , opened to the street, did not feel safe , could hear everything on the street & mattress was totally unexceptable. The decor was unique on the walls of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful: Kim, Shaun, Curtis and Nomakki. The facility was very old and needed a little more up keep. No phone in the rooms, curtains torn, gaps in doors towards the outside, TV didn't work in some of the rooms, water leaking from ceiling in bathroom and hallway. After initial shock and some adjustments were made, we made the best of our stay.

The room itself was clean, the staff was helpful, and the property was situated within a reasonable walking distance to Bourbon Street and other attractions. The downside were the rats and roaches on the property. It was disgusting and disheartening to say the least. To walk in or out of my hotel room and see huge roaches scattering is nerve wracking. Not to mention, there was a giant rat beside the pool when I was in it one night. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Personally, I would NOT recommend this hotel due to the rodent issue. No one wants to see roaches and rats roaming the property. Not a good look.
