Stunning. The minute you arrive the front desk staff is professional and accommodating. The bartenders were all a little burned out but how could you not be working in NOLA. The vibe is amazing and everything you need is there at the hotel. The art and decor really made the spot great. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe- great stores and food.

The hotel was beautiful with nice rooms and a great courtyard and pool area. We arrived a few hours early and our room was ready for us! The only complaint I have was that the shower faucet leaked all night and kept us awake. We would come back and stay, and we’d recommend this place to our friends and family.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Peaceful, quiet, sophisticated, luxurious boutique with perfectly lovely staff. The restaurant and porch dining area are out of this world. The food is spectacular, creative and delicious-so much so that it was the best food we had in New Orleans. The street car to the French Quarter is a couple of blocks away, and the architecture of the Garden District is stunning. It is safe to walk about the neighborhood and there are sweet boutiques a few blocks walk away. The pool area is stunning, as well. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been ALL OVER the world. STAY HERE! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent staff— incredibly engaging reception and assistance from every member of staff I encountered. The property and grounds are top notch in their sense of art & design. It was ongoing eye candy from room to room. Whoever decorated has an exceptional eye and sense for how to put things together— the historic property meets with a freshness that made me feel comfortable and like I wanted to explore every nook. I stayed at the hotel for a short <24 hours on a road trip from Florida to Texas. The staff was so helpful and friendly and so sweet to my cat who I had with me. The room was incredibly spacious, chic and comfortable. I spent the entire time on the hotel property, at the relaxing pool and restaurants as I didn’t want to leave. Will absolutely stay again.
