Everything for our stay was really nice. We enjoyed massages in the spa, and a dip in the pool. The staff at the front desk were always helpful, and the carousel bar didn’t disappoint. A nice feature that we’ve used in the past is the bag check, so you can check out of your room but hang around the area until your flight time.

We enjoyed the fact that it was right in the middle of it all, the French Quarter that is. We were early for check in but it wasn't long before it was they called to let us knowthe room was ready. We checked our luggage then explored. The whole staff is attentive and friendly. Very nice being spoiled.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The hotel is perfectly located for Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Staff was incredible, especially in the carousel bar. I would definitely stay there again!

The lobby was striking with the old world extravagance. The onsite restaurant and bar were excellent. The Carousel Bar was worth the visit. The staff at both were very pleasant. Concierge staff was helpful in lining up the tours we chose. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. Except for: The only issue was when we were checking in. The front desk clerk acted like she was doing me a favor when they did not have the room we reserved available by placing us in the next room level. She said they were upgrading us at no charge. They overbooked rooms, therefore that was their issue, not mine. The upgrade was not anything special. It was your standard double beds in a room. (The beds were comfy). She tried to put us in a king bed room. I said no, we reserved a room with 2 beds. I had to be insistent on this. They were not busy when we checked in on a Tuesday. Friday came, they were very busy with weddings that had been postponed due to the Hurricane.
