We loved this hotel so much, it’s off the beaten path but a quick drive to the French Quarter. It was quiet, clean, and very nice. When we come back to New Orleans we will be staying here.

Hotel Henrietta is a lovely, comfortable, quiet hotel. Our suite was spacious and bright. The hotel staff are excellent and the breakfast fare- fresh, hand-made bagels with wonderful toppings brought us downstairs every morning!

I loved this hotel. Friendly staff, great location, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. Perhaps the only complain is that there was noise coming from the street cars passing outside and music from a nearby bar. But the beds are so comfortable that we slept like babies.

What I loved: The decor in the lobby and rooms was the ultimate highlight of this property; what a beautiful chic updated clean experience. The cafe and fancy bagels were also 5star. The uptown location on St Charles Avenue and on the street car line was also incredible. What I didn’t like: the TV location in my room was not visible from the bed without craning my neck. Personally I don’t love logging into my personal accounts for streaming services at hotels and that was the only option. My experience with the front desk ladies was polarizing; one was perfectly kind and informative and the other was dismissive, your typical GenZ worker. Street parking in the area is confusing and no one at the hotel could explain how to street park or pay the meters during the day/night.
