Wonderful hotel. Excellent location for the French Quarter, everything in the quarter and slightly beyond is completely walkable. The room was great, very comfortable, and the balcony was a nice spot to chill. Awesome staff always being super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed here for a quick girls trip recently. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just amazing all around. From the bellmen, to the front desk staff, to the unforgettable concierge, everyone we met made our stay beyond our expectations. We both highly recommend this hotel just for the staff alone. The bonus is the hotel itself is a great value and comes with helpful amenities like an outdoor pool, a restaurant attached, and water bottle filling station.

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and I especially appreciated the hotel accommodating our early check-in request since we booked the day before arrival. That made a huge difference for us after traveling. The food was also very good. My only complaint was that the kitchen ended up closing earlier than the time we had been told earlier in the day, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, the experience was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall the location was perfect for all scenic /tourist attractions. The staff were all super accommodating and very friendly. I would come back here without hesitation. Bar /breakfast staff were excellent. Especially Andy(??), aka Kevin hart was very attentive and customer centric. The hotel itself is a bit dated and could use some physical updating.
