Staff were great - We were move from our first room because of an ant issue. We were given a $25 dollar drink coupon at the bar. They moved us without out an issue but I felt $25 was not much of a compensation. The area around the hotel is convenient to most things but the homeless are all around and make the area smell of urine. The overall hotel is nice but be prepared for a timeshare sales pitch before you can get your room key.

Excellent location. Susan at the front door is wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, greets everyone as if they are old friends. A large Rouses Market is within walking distance. The outdoor pool is comfortably warm and has a nice seating area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great time!

The hotel was great, we had a suite and it was so much room for my husband and me. The staff was nice and attentive. The area was close to bourbon but far away where you can get some rest. Will definitely stay again!
