I had the best experience at this hotel, My family and I went down there for a funeral and the staff was so accommodating to putting us all on the same floor. Everyone staff member we meet was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit.

It is not in the best neighborhood, but the hotel is well maintained and is two blocks from the river front train. Staff were friendly and helpful. We usually stay at the Hampton on Canal St. but this was a happy mistake.

Nice new hotel nearish to the heart of everything. Stay went smoothly. Breakfast was good. Parking was a touch confusing, but once we figured out my misheard directions, it was fine. The parking app charged fees/taxes/something so the total cost was closer to $45 than 40, but it was very secure parking.

Everything was wonderful! Super walkable to the french market and frenchmans street. Very safe area and their extra safety steps like buzz in front door and gated parking were much appreciated. The room was extremely clean and everything was new and updated! The staff was very nice and helpful as well. Was very happy with our stay, would definitely stay here again.
