We stayed here because it was close to the Quarter and a little cheaper than staying in the Quarter. But will never again to save a couple bucks. Walking in, immediately the lobby had a strong awful odor. The checkin process was way too much but the worst part was the room. The room doors lead outside btw. Not a bad thing but I think it’s important as I didn’t know. In the room, the fridge was leaking, trash can was broke, light was broke and to make it the worst experience, we pulled back the sheets and there was used tissue under the sheet. Also, WiFi was awful. Could barely use it on my phone or the TV. No one was there at checkout so we just had to leave our keys and pray they don’t charge us for late checkout.

Nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very noisy. The door to the stairs slammed all night long and was directly next to my room so we got no sleep at all. The listing said 5 min walk to Bourbon st but was about 16 mins.

The property is good for a 3 day vacation, every room had a tv plus the one in the living room , but only one worked , there was a coffeemaker but not coffee, the beds and the pillows were super comfy , it’s really spacious, we had our own room with a king size bed and our fired a had a full size bed , there’s one big bathroom , one big living room amd a kitchenette, walking distance, you are 10 minutes from the main action on bourbon st ,

Very nice property. It had a living room and two separate bedrooms, each with a tv. Refrigerator and coffeemaker were also provided. Bathroom was also spacious. Security was excellent as you need a PIN code to enter the property.

This was our first time staying at this property. It is a convenient walk to pretty much everything in all directions. The office staff communicated clear check in and parking instructions. Parking was reasonable and instructions were also clear. The rooms were very nice! More than we expected! They went above and beyond for us during our stay.

New Orleans Summer 2024

Our stay at French Quarter Suites was very enjoyable. It was clean and quiet with easy access to public transportation or just a short walk away from food and activities. The access to private parking was a plus as well. We would definitely stay again in the future. One suggestion would be to have a place for trash to dispose during your stay as we were not able to find one.

As there were no staff present upon arrival, It felt very unwelcoming. It didn’t feel like our business mattered. We were there 4 days and saw a staff person on two occasions. Once in a morning and another time when we had difficulty accessing the TV. The beds were comfortable however the living room had a couch and a broken chair. Although we had a coffee pot it was specifically for a hotel. There wasn’t anywhere to buy the packaging required to use this pot. When we asked for coffee, we were told it wasn’t provided. And there were no cups in the room. Really inadequate supplies. We had a frying pan but no stove. Overall, we were disappointed in the lack of service. It didn’t feel like this hotel was ready to have guests. The location was great. Easy access to transportation and or within walking distance to the French Quarters. I would think twice before staying here again.

My husband booked this trip for my birthday months back. I was thinking these people is on top of their business because they were communication with me on the way into NOLA. We drove 6 hours to this hotel to fine out we didn't have a room. The room was out of order no air condition. The lady at the front desk tried to help find me something next door they were all full. She sweet a girl but recked of cannibas.So the person that was texting me was the property manager. She had know clue of what was going on in her own establisment. If she had known she wouldn't have given me that room and then wanted to give me some fans without any other compensation. They refunded us our money back but nothing for our inconvenience no food voucher or gift card nothing. The hotel is in a bad area, not walking distant to Canal St. nor Bourbon St. We called a hotel on Canal St. It was the Best Western St. Charles. Loved it.

The room was perfect - absolutely spotless. We were able to walk to most locations. The Hop On Hop Off bus pick up was right out front. Great secure parking in the back. The ladies that worked there were super friendly and helpful. 100% recommend.

Enjoyed my stay at the French quarter suites. It was weird at first because it looked abandoned and communication was through text message. However once I got inside there was a front desk and someone to great us. The room was just like the pictures and very clean. Enjoyed the pool and the location was perfect to walk to all the local bars and clubs in the area. Overall I would come back to the French quarter suites and the area was quiet with a great chicken spot next door.

Bonne situation géographique

Grande chambre avec frigo Belle salle de bain Petite table extérieur Parking fermé et sécurisé (en supplément) Bien placé dans lnHistoric District à 5 minutes à pied de Bourbon St. Pas de service de ménage journalier Accueil vraiment basic avec un accès par code pour la porte principale pas facile à trouver. Pas d’enseigne visible sur la rue mais à côté du Courtyard Hotel. Le personnel d’accueil pour le Check in pas accueillant mais c’est un bon rapport qualité prix pour l’emplacement.

In the heart of French quarter. 24hr convenience store next door. Restaurants all around. Canal st and Bourbon st 15min walk. Hop on Hop off bus stop right in front of the building I also saw other buses stopping there too like tour buses and the Cajun encounters bus. Busy street so it was fun to people watch while it rained several times daily. (Rooms 231 & 331) The rooms were clean the beds felt good the furniture was comfortable. A great hotel if you are a smoker. The outside patio was nice and spacious and comfortable. If you have any problems call the number
