Staff was very friendly and helpful. Its a great location that is centrally located to everything in the French Quarter. If you plan on getting a balcony on Bourbon or Toulouse, be prepared for noise all hours of the night. We had a room that faced the pool so noise was minimal.

This property is clean and very well located for Bourbon Street fun. The room was clean and the staff very nice. Pool was quite nice and pool area comfortable. I did get stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes, which could have really sucked. They had a problem the previous day also so they need to fix this.
