Hotel is undergoing renovation; the room was clean and comfortable. Television worked for 15 minutes after I retrieved a missing remote control from the front desk; WIFI worked; pool was closed (construction). All services were provided from staff including transportation to the airport at 3am with professional courtesy and quick solution. It will be interesting to see the changes the next time I visit.

The overall aesthetics of the hotel were absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One of the housekeeping staff members even went out of her way to give us clear directions to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing experience—very affordable and well worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10!

Joseph was great in customer services at the front desk, when you enter the hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. However, they need more help with cleaning staff. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned on numerous occasions before they cleaned. Trash was in the drawers when we checked into the room. Pool was out of service.

This property was recently renovated and is elegant. The rooms have been updated, too. Our stay was brief as we had an early plane to catch. In fact, our departure was so early in the morning that the hotel shuttle was not operating so the front desk arranged a Lyft for us. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

It is a sad state of affairs when you cannot get people to work gor you...this location has potential but they have no shuttle anymore because they can't get a driver, they have no bar because they can't get a bartender, they have no restaurant because they can't get cooks and the pool has been closed forever. I stay in and around the airport often and most other hotels do not have this problem. In fact many have free breakfast, shuttles, pool and cleaner more up to date rooms. But the staff here is always accomodating and helpful.
