Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. But in peak summer season, it would’ve been unbearable. There was no one identifiable as a staff person so can’t really comment on the helpfulness of the staff since we never saw anyone. The best thing about the property Forrest was the location as it was very close to the person we were visiting.

We were there for Mardi Gras. It's the perfect location for Endymion, and a nice quiet escape for the rest of the celebration. We would definitely come back.

Lovely room, nice cozy bed with microwave coffee pot and fridge. Beautifully appointed. Could have used a chair or love seat to sit on while watching TV instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. Close to public tram and restaurants. Loved our stay.

we were booked a room basement level. very musty smelling. husband extremely allergic to mold. called and representative very helpful and got us in a room on main level. good customer service...very accomodating. washing machine made very loud moise starting up. hopefully didn't wake anyone up.

NOLA stay

The stay was good except for the fact that they left me with dirty and stained bedsheets. So unclean I had to run to Walmart and buy my own sheets on the first day so I could sleep comfortably. Besides that, it was good. Perfect location, close to all the main attractions in New Orleans.

Lots of space in the room however the seating is limited for the amount of people expected to sleep. Great natural lighting. Instructions for arrival and departure were pretty straight forward. Coffee shop and restaurant 2 blocks away which was a plus. Quiet for the most part except for the birds chirping outside the windows and the occasional loud vehicle driving alongside the property

Charming house, safe neighborhood. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable (which is a key factor for me). Very good location, just a block or so from the Cemeteries streetcar line, and 4 blocks from the City Park streetcar (Jazzfest). My only complaints were the A/C was a little noisy but it didn't bother me. It was a wall unit, so this is pretty much expected. Biggest complaint was the low water pressure in the shower. Rinsing off took a long time. Otherwise enjoyed my stay and will book it again for my next Jazzfest!

Everything was good. Had a few issues but they were fixed right away. Some of the other people were very annoying and were in bed at like 9pm on a weekend. Other people in the house were nice and accomedating. The room was adequate and clean. Only issue was the shower was cold but we got it resolved. Good location - would stay again.
