An amazing flat in a vibrant part of town. A little away from the touristy areas, which is ideal, but be very careful if you want a quiet night.

Great location, away enough to stop a bit of noise at night time. Bed was hard (not my favorite), was great having ammenities and a full kitchen. Bring your own bottle opener (missing a few bits like that) and there are just enough cracks for a few cockroaches. That is the city though!

This property was perfect for a roommate situation. Beds were comfortable and location was great. Water pressure in showers was a little low, and there were some unfinished spots on the wall in the downstairs bathroom. The room had a bit of a funky smell at times. I thought the value was good.

This was the most horrible travel experience that I’ve ever experienced in New Orleans. The door to the apartment was open and unlocked when I arrived. Anyone could have been waiting in there to attack me. The door itself was shattered and had been glued back together which was concerning. The floor was filthy. And there was no hot water.

The property and the location was amazing. The customer service was also very good. The only con was that they had a pest problem (roaches) that they need to take more care of. I would recommend and stay here again otherwise.
