So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful.

The pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned badly. The restaurant and snack amenities were scarce and could use better variety. Check in is very strict so don’t arrive a moment early. Staff knows nothing about the adjoining hospital which they are connected to so don’t ask for directions or information. The rooms were well kept and the bed was comfortable.
