So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Clean room with nice common area and outdoor pool. It’s well lit and joined with the hospital which initially was strange and we got lost couple times finding the building with hotel room and coming from parking garage but otherwise everything was good. About 15 minutes from most of attractions in New Orleans downtown and free car parking made it worth it since we had driven with our car.

Overall a pleasant place to stay with adequate but aging rooms. Cleaning staff were not consistently friendly or thoughtful e.g. three of us in a room did not result in three towels or adequate coffee supplies, despite rooms only being cleaned upon 24 hour advance request. Free parking is appreciated and while there is no free breakfast the food service area is large and varied. No restaurant with staffed table service. Close to Tulane University, I would gladly return for what would be my fourth stay. March is usually too cold for the outdoor pool.
