This hotel was family friendly and had a great pool and hot tub gazebo. The lobby was decorated and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of variety. They have a resident calico cat that my grandkids loved. I’ll stay there again for sure!

They have one kept behind the counter and it smell bad BUT the rooms are clean and does not smell like cats at all. So unless you plan on hanging out in the lobby no problem. Good location. The woman working the bar/restaurant was amazing and so hospitable! Overall a pretty great experience and a pretty great location. The breakfast was a little underwhelming for the price, and the tv streaming service options like YouTube and Netflix were not working. Other than that though the stay was great.

Room was clean and breakfast was average. There was a very weird smell throughout the hotel, I don’t even know how to describe it. Had problems getting fresh towels and the simple requests made for daily room service like refilling the toilet paper and changing out the trash. The outdoor courtyard area allows for smoking which was unpleasant for us since it is also where the pool is. Elevators almost never worked making checking in and out difficult. Hotel staff were always nice and apologetic while trying to do their best.
