The hotel is beautiful. It is an older hotel so it could use some updates but it is still absolutely wonderful and was very affordable! The staff were friendly and very helpful! It is in the Garden District and is conveniently located a block from the trolly stop making it easier to get around!

The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful! They were able to provide suggestions of places to eat nearby and help getting back to the airport. The area of the hotel was also amazing! The streetcar was right across the street from the hotel and it made it so much easier to get to the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again if I visit New Orleans again!

This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at!! Everything about it, location was perfect the room was clean and beautiful. The staff very friendly and helpful. Our fridge wasn’t working and they replaced it very quickly. We loved our stay here!!

Loved the St Charles Inn. Room was clean, parking was safe and secure. We walked to Magazine St and ate supper and did some shopping. Best part is the St Charles St trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Rode it into town both days we were there. Always felt safe. Definitely going back and recommending it to family and friends.

We love the clean rooms the free parking and we’re right next to the trolleys. The trolley can take you right into Canal Street bourbon area. Best location we will definitely be staying there again
