Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a rental car so it was nice to have the option to park there and so helpful to be able to use the parking for a few hours even after we checked out. That gave us time to see a few more places in New Orleans before our flight without having to worry about finding parking elsewhere. The hotel is in a location that makes it pretty easy to walk to most places in the French Quarter.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on. The only reason I gave only four stars was because the toilet had a slow leak and the bathroom floor was a little wet.

The courtyard area where the pool is was so beautiful!! the staff was amazing and wonderful and helpful!! The only thing I don’t like is the cost of paid parking. I feel like that should be included, but everything else was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful every day. It was something a little different but then you had the normal staples of breakfast.
