Vacations Close To New Orleans Botanical Garden

Service was not good. They double charged me and had no explanation why.

Great staff, close to Bourbon to walk but far enough away to not be noisey. Room was clean and refreshed each day. My wife and I had a good trip.

Great location! Walking distance to Quarters and on Street car line for everything else. The staff is responsive and caring!

Safe quiet comfortable hotel very centrally located to everything we wanted to experience. Staff was professional and accommodating making check in easy and quick. Will stay again for sure!

First time vistors to New Orleans and The French Quarter! The staff was over accommodating with EVERY request we had! Day or night they all were great! Rebecca in particular went above and beyond for us 3 ladies and made sure we were accommodated before going on to the next party. She also gave them the same service as well. The staff that checked my party in was ALSO Very accommodating as I was delayed by airport and very late getting in. I was assured all was taken care and access would not be an issue and they delivered as promised. Great location center of everything. Clean property, room and bathrooms. Thank you for helping us make this trip a Great Memory!

All of the employees are gracious and welcoming. Meycy at the front desk was so cheerful and helpful recommending a place for breakfast. Hotel is very clean and has all the charm of New Orleans. It’s very old, so don’t expect modern amenities. There is no elevator so come prepared. It cant be beat for value and location.
