“The condo was beautifully decorated in a safe location . As soon as you walk in you could smell the cleanness ! From the balcony view you could see the parkway clearly . The biggest disappointment was we arrived in Tuesday - there was a sign in elevator saying pool closed June 15. Everyday we went to the pool. Still closed. Reached out got AI responses :( but trying to find information on pool - could not get an answer . Came to relax enjoy pool and find good eats . The inside pool chemicals...

“When we arrived, the temperature in the condo was at almost 80 degrees. As the evening progressed, the property did not cool off so we called the property management company. A maintenance person came out and told us the AC unit was frozen so we would have to turn it off and back on at 10pm.
