The King size bed was fine, We requested the mattress on the convertible couch to be changed, and they accommodated us. Staff was very service oriented. Included breakfast was very good. The room was clean, quite spacious, and comfortable. As in most places, noise can be an issue with paper thin walls. Overall experience was excellent!!!

When we got to our room we had difficulty with the TV settings, and the young man at the front desk was very helpful in explaining the steps we needed ti follow.
