Everything was awesome. The room was clean. Staff was nice, breakfast was awesome. Pool was great albeit a bit cooler than my preference. The bathrooms were clean. The amenities were great. I just wish the pillows were a bit better but that's a global thing. A couple of gas stations in the area with fully stocked convenience stores. The mall was also nearby. The only thing that could possibly make the hotel a little better would be electric car charging stations.

The stay was okay. The pool area was freezing itself you couldn’t sit around the pool without a jacket. The pool itself was barely heated. The hallway to our room felt like we were walking outside it was so cold. There was no heat what so ever so walking my child and myself back to our room from the pool in wet clothes was painfully cold. Our room phone didn’t work so I wasn’t able to call down for new towels or anything I had to leave the room to go speak to the front desk. Room itself was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant.

The breakfast was great! Glad it included hot items! We had problems with the tv and our last night, we were put in another room. We could not regulate the heat, it was put at 68 degrees and was blowing out really hot air, we couldn't properly charge our devices, the outlet on the lamps didn't work as well as the ones on the wall

The lady who checked us in was very nice. The TV was the smallest I ever saw and hard to use. Fortunately someone showed me how to make it work. I had a nutty neighbor that wouldn't stop talking all night but the staff made him stop which was a relief. I had to call the desk over and over before someone would finally answer though. Room was clean. Not sure if I would stay again or not,

Breakfast was good, location was perfect! We booked for our family of 6 and they put us in a room that sleeps 4. It was very uncomfortable and they did not accommodate for their mistake. Some staff were friendly and helpful, others not at all. We made the best of it but definitely on of our lower experiences with hotel stays.

We feel sorry that we didn't realize that we could hang a sign on our door to indicate that we did not need our room to be tidied up after our first night of staying there. We thought the breakfast was excellent. We had many choices and some really tasty omelettes.

I so enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The woman at the counter was very sweet in the 28th. Very comfortable to talk to. The room was very clean & up to date. Really enjoyed it. Shower was beautiful. Just needed an extra towel to dry my hair. But, other than that, it was great!! I will come back to visit soon. I appreciate the hospitality. Thank you.

This hotel is a good version of standard issue with an above-average breakfast and an attractive indoor pool. It is hard to find at night and could use a light on the sign at the entrance. There is a brightly lit Hilton across the road, and Waze doesn't make clear where the Holiday Inn is, so I wasted time trying to check into the wrong hotel.

I checked in late. Everything looks good except the bath towel conditions. We have two people to stay for 3 nights. Only two bath towels are provided, and one bath towel is worn out and have a big dark stain. The next morning, I asked the cleaning lady to give another set of clean towel, she refused. The cleaning lady told me I have to talk to the front desk.
