We particularly enjoyed the bar and the fireplace in the lounge provided that cosy feeling of home. The guy at the front desk during the night was super helpful with everything. Very clean. Delicious generous servings of food. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed here the weekend of my 50th Yale reunion. I cannot thank the hotel staff for taking such excellent care of me and their other guests. Reception was friendly, welcoming, and courteous; my room was beautifully clean and spacious, design highly functional, sleep quality excellent; breakfast was simple but good, with excellent service. I have friends in New Haven, and will happily stay here again when I come to visit them.

The place is nice! The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is a good size. The downsides (as people have said) are that the walls are thin, and that you have to pay for parking. I guess paying for parking in a city is not usual, but it’s good to be aware of that. I plan on coming back in August.

A chewing gum is near the bed frame, and the floor feels sticky when you walk on it. The sofa isn't quite clean either. But the staff are awesome -- our check-in was quick and they are friendly. The gym is pretty clean too.

Nice facility. Well situated for Yale Medical facilities, but also walkable to food options closer to Yale’s main campus. It was a hike on foot to Union Station, but easy by car. The room was clean and well designed. The stand-out for me was the fitness facility. Not only was the space large, but the range of equipment was considerably better than average. Extra credit to whoever is responsible for that! If there’s a “but”, although you can make coffee in your room, you will pay for it in the lobby.
