Awesome place to stay. Went beyond expectations. Clean, modern, quiet and welcoming. The walk-in shower was amazing. The wet bar and balcony were nice additions. Really couldn't find any negatives.

Room was very clean. Nice view off the balcony and surprisingly quiet. Complimentary breakfast good or Sheetz is across the road if desired. Just up the road is New Concord (home of John Glenn and Muskingum University) a great little town. Staff at desk very helpful, including local directions. I will definitely plan to stay there again.

Elevators and carpeted areas were disgusting with stains, food and dead bugs on them. Bed sheets had stains on them. The pool was closed because of a pump issue and that was pretty much the only attractive amenity they had to offer. Staff was not rude but not exactly friendly either. Breakfast was decent with a variety to choose from. Overall, it looked like they were given a $5 budget and told the designer to make it pretty.

The breakfast was very good, had bacon and eggs which is always a pleasant surprise at a hotel. The guest laundry was fabulous (I hate traveling with a suitcase full of dirty clothes). Room spacious and comfortable, great shower. It was too cold to enjoy, but my room had a balcony! Would absolutely stay here again.
