Price was reasonable for area, but condition of hotel and rooms made it not reasonable enough. Will not stay here again. Found trash under bed and hair on table. Chairs and walls stained!!

This is an older property that has old fixtures and old furniture. I know this is for the budget traveler, but even so, I would not stay here again.

We only stayed one night but the room didn’t look like it had a good cleaning in a while. The toilet and shower were clean but the floors were not that great. We had a “soft spot” in the carpet where the floor sunk in when you walked across it, which was concerning since we were on the second floor. There were birds nesting in the bathroom vent and the nesting material was falling through onto the towels. The beds were ok….hard, firm mattresses and made nicely. The chairs in the room were very stained and very wobbly and the table wasn’t much better. I do not like leaving negative reviews but this place needs some attention from the owners.

I liked that the property was in a centered location of its main hub. I didn't like that there was lots of nenovations on the roadway to the property going on but everything else was GREAT.

Great value for price. King room is a bit small but the double queen bed room is a great size. It’s spacious, you get plenty of towels. Refrigerator, tv, ac/heater, etc. work perfectly. Rooms and equipment is old but it works. The property is quiet even at night and allows for peaceful rest. Staff is helpful and friendly.

It's nice it's quiet you're going to San Marcos you're not really going to spend a lot of time in the hotel. So for this work it's worth it I do recommend it I would stay there again everything all the water Recreation areas it is around that hotel. So that's a major Plus everything is around you.

My sister had the room next door (114) and their toilet was clogged and staff told them to go buy a plunger if they really needed to use the restroom. Our room was decent but will definitely pay a premium price for a better hotel next time.

I paid $300 some odd dollars for 2 nights the room was stinky and messy AND small and the lady who checked me in was most rude. We always pick this hotel because when it was called the knights inn we were treated better and we looked forward to our next vacation. This is the last time we’ll be renting from them
