No A/C in hallways, took the room a long time to cool off had to put it on the lowest setting on the a/c. Room had stains on the wall and black stuff in the tub. Stains on pillow cases and bedding. 60$ more you can get an elegant room at the hotel next door. If you need something cheap and quick then this is the place. The bed was super comfortable though.

Very clean inside the hotel; give some attention to the exterior (bottles, cans, trash). This is a solid 8+ rated hotel in a very safe and convenient location. We stayed here because we were exploring both Austin and San Antonio; loved the location and food options nearby.

Check in was easy. Unfortunately the hotel was not “Comfortable”. The air conditioning in my original room was not cooling properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable\. • The ADA shower chair provided for my mother was small and unstable, particularly because it was being used in a bathtub rather than a walk\-in shower\. Because this was an accessibility accommodation, I was seriously concerned about my mother’s safety\. • On Friday night, excessive noise came from the room across from mine from approximately 10:00 p\.m\. until 1:30 a\.m\. I reported the issue to the front desk\. At the time, a group of approximately six people in the lobby was also being extremely loud, and I believe they were associated with the same room\. Despite my complaint, it did not appear that sufficient action was taken to control the noise\. I was awakened approximately six times and received very little sleep\. On Sat the staff did allow me to change rooms but the upstairs AC was out all weekend in that hall. Which means I. was hot and sweaty waiting for the elevator inside that hall. Unacceptable !

The front desk lady was very sweet and professional!!!! The breakfast area was clean and fresh and hot!!!! I talked with the lady who ran th breakfast area and she was very sweet and took her time with me!!! We will use ya’ll again!!!! Please give the front desk/breakfast lady a raise!!!! The room was also very clean and smelled amazing!!!! Thank you again!!!!

Most of the electrical plugs are "sprung" needing to be replaced to prevent fire hazard. The facility was quiet. Odor in room was strong- perfume? Staff was pleasant and welcoming.

The lobby and kitchen were beautiful, clean and maintained well. The bed sheets and bed were clean and comfortable to sleep in with lots of pillows. The environment was calm and peaceful for sleeping. But this hotel could improve so much with small adjustments. The walls appeared dirty and could use a clean down. The rooms and fitness area had a strong smell of mildew so much that I couldn't enjoy eating my food in the room or remaining in the fitness room for very long. The fitness room walls needed cleaning and/or repainting and the elliptical machine made a loud screeching noise when used so badly that I didn't want to use it. The sign for the fitness room was falling off the wall. The wall decor everywhere was ugly and dull. Our bathroom had no hooks or bars to hang any towels not even a hand towel. The door to enter the room had to be slammed shut in order to lock otherwise it would remain ajar. Sometimes when we would try opening the door the door stop would open up from the inside and make it difficult to enter. Bed sheets were clean but with stains. Complimentary water station ran low and wasn't refilled in a timely manner so we had to buy water bottles for our room. Again, maintenance needs to improve a lot. But overall cleanliness besides the walls was really good. Not a bug in sight. Breakfast was average but of good quality with hot options.
