“I don't know how did this hotel get 5 star. They are even using paper cup for the breakfast for tea and coffee. there is no coffee machine. Very poor breakfast , focusing more local guest not the international guest. Drink, food price is crazy expensive at the bars compare to Egypt standard. Overall, not happy for the stay and not come again to this hotel..”

“the most horrible resort expedience ever. the hot water was not working in the room, our toilet wouldn’t flush properly, our sink was always clogged. everytime i came into the lobby they would investigate me as if they couldn’t see the rixos band on my arm. the food at breakfast made me unwell. terribe time”

“We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great- close to the marina with convenient beach access. Our room was a good size and had a spacious balcony. There were three of us staying, the hotel provided an extra bed to accommodate us comfortably. A special thanks to Redwan, who cleaned and prepared our room with great care and attention to detail. “We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there.
